Pilates Distillery is a small boutique studio equipped with a reformer, cadillac, small barrels and props. Each piece of Pilates apparatus is designed to facilitate movement through added resistance for strength and support.

The studio can accommodate up to 2 clients per session, offering personalised instruction to ensure classes are suitable for individuals of all ages and abilities, and are particularly beneficial if you’re recovering from injury, are pregnant, or have specific needs or conditions.
